Capabilities
The chemical reactors and supporting equipment are constructed of either glass-lined steel, Hastelloy, or stainless steel. There are 16 operating areas with segregated and dedicated crystallization, filtration, drying, finishing and packaging facilities.
There are 20 separate glove box isolation chambers for high potency and potentially toxic reactions as part of the Kilo Lab I, Kilo Lab II, Mini, Mini Bay,and Small Manufacturing Unit, allowing several toxic products to be safely produced simultaneously.
